Special equipment and services including special welding, endoscopy, and HPU flushing test systems
The company owns two POLYSOUD P6 automatic welding machines, capable of performing autogenous welding on UNS S32750 super duplex stainless steel pipelines. With mature welding procedures and welder certifications, it meets the requirements for nuclear power and other special applications. Additionally, the company has 8 welders qualified for API 5LX65, PSL2 Clad UNS N06625 composite offshore pipelines and 6 cupronickel welders, all of whom have obtained certifications issued by ABS and DNV.
The endoscope model GT21B enables endoscopic inspection of weld joints within 50-meter pipe sections with clear imaging.
The HPU flushing test system features functions including ultra-high pressure pipeline flushing (115MPa), valve differential pressure testing, pressure testing, medium temperature control, and pressure testing with clean medium after series flushing. Specifically designed with an integrated piping system for oil flushing and cleaning, it avoids secondary contamination and waste of flushing medium. This equipment is tailor-made for the 1500 subsea manifold control system.
20 hydraulic torque wrenches and multiple tensioners, enabling simultaneous construction across multiple workfaces.
Underwater Operation Equipment Rental and Services
In 2023, the company undertook the project "Underwater Operations Tool Leasing for 2023-2026." It primarily serves offshore engineering projects and its construction scope covers shallow waters to deep-water areas with a water depth of 300 meters, providing complete sets of underwater operation equipment and relevant technical personnel. The main underwater operation equipment includes: tensioners, hydraulic and pneumatic wrenches, nut splitters, and high-pressure dual pipelines. Commencing services in December 2023, the project has completed over 10 offshore construction projects and gained consistent recognition from clients.
