Detailed Introduction
- In 2019, we undertook the pipeline skid fabrication contract for the Lingshui 17-2 Subsea Central Manifold Project, marking the deepest central manifold application in China. The project's technical complexity, stringent quality standards, and the high level of construction challenges, ultimately all broke previous construction records.
- The manifold system in this project utilized over 10,000 meters of high-performance, corrosion-resistant, small-diameter super duplex stainless steel pipelines. Welding these little finger-thin tubes demands precision like "threading a needle"—as challenging as "embroidering" with a welding torch. Our team overcame key industry hurdles: high-density pipeline construction, large-scale application of super duplex stainless steel, ultra-small-diameter pipeline welding, and high-pressure deepwater manifold acceptance testing, setting a new international record for single-unit delivery cycles of similar deepwater equipment.
Since 2004, the company has completed a total of 236 offshore oil platform construction, maintenance and installation projects, all of which have received high praise from clients. From 2012 to 2018, we undertook 22 offshore installation projects of CNOOC jackets and modules in the Bohai Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea, accounting for 50% of the newly-built platforms, which reflects clients' high recognition of our capabilities.
