Lingshui 17-2 Subsea Central Pipeline Manifold Project – Pipeline Skid Fabrication Project

In 2019, we undertook the pipeline skid fabrication contract for the Lingshui 17-2 Subsea Central Manifold Project, marking the deepest central manifold application in China. The project's technical complexity, stringent quality standards, and the high level of construction challenges, ultimately all broke previous construction records.
The manifold system in this project utilized over 10,000 meters of high-performance, corrosion-resistant, small-diameter super duplex stainless steel pipelines. Welding these little finger-thin tubes demands precision like "threading a needle"—as challenging as "embroidering" with a welding torch. Our team overcame key industry hurdles: high-density pipeline construction, large-scale application of super duplex stainless steel, ultra-small-diameter pipeline welding, and high-pressure deepwater manifold acceptance testing, setting a new international record for single-unit delivery cycles of similar deepwater equipment.
